Two. Product Introduction:

 

YY-560 is a plastic coupling lubricant with a variety of functions in one. It adopts special chemical synthesis technology and functional composite technology. The product has a variety of functions such as dispersant, coupling and lubricating agent in one.
 

 

Three, the scope of application:

 

1. It is suitable for all kinds of modified engineering plastics (PC, PBT, PET, PA, etc.) and ordinary plastics (PP, ABS, AS, PE, etc.), especially for modified plastics with fillers (inorganic powder or glass fiber). It has a good dispersing filler and improves the compatibility of components in the system, and improves the apparent brightness of products without affecting the mechanical properties.

 

2. Used in modified plastics with glass fiber and other fillers, it has a good coupling and dispersion effect on inorganic filler and glass fiber, so that the filler and resin flow in the same direction, improve the melting finger (MI), so that the physical and apparent properties of the products are well improved, and reduce the defect rate of the products.

 

3. The product has polar and active groups, dispersion and internal and external lubrication performance is obviously better than ordinary lubricants.
 

 

Four, application effect:

 

1. It has a strong affinity to the inorganic filler, so that it is fully activated and modified, destroy and prevent the agglomeration of inorganic substances, so as to more evenly dispersed into the polymer, so it can increase the amount of filler, and rely on the strong interface key cooperation, to achieve the effect of toughness reinforcement.

 

2. In the processing of polymer composites, it can improve the compatibility of each component of the system, promote plasticization, reduce melt viscosity, improve the processing fluidity, reduce the torque of processing equipment, reduce the processing energy consumption, improve the production efficiency, and significantly improve the surface gloss performance of products.

 

3. Because this product has the multi-functional group structure of highly active anchoring group, through the multi-point adsorption of "anchor" group and chemical reaction to modify the surface of packing particles, to achieve complete surface chemical reaction coating, so that the surface of packing organic, so as to effectively reduce the surface energy of packing.
 

 

Five, use method:

 

1. The addition amount of YY-560 multifunctional lubricant in glass fiber modified plastics is adjusted according to the total amount of glass fiber and inorganic filler, and the addition amount is generally 0.5-1% of the total amount or about 3% of the inorganic filler.

 

2. This product is white powder, melting point is about 145℃, easy to use, suitable for continuous production.
