II. Product introduction:

 

YY-703A is a high-performance plastic additive with a variety of functions in one. It adopts special chemical synthesis technology and functional composite technology to graft organic functional groups with the ability of chelating on the polymer. Therefore, the product integrates various functions such as dispersant, compatilizer, and processing aid in one. Because of its good heat resistance and multipotency, it is a high-performance processing aid used in high temperature composite materials.

 

Three, application scope:

 

1. Applicable to all kinds of modified engineering plastics and special engineering plastics :PPS, PA46, PPA, PA9T, etc., especially for the modified plastics with fillers, it has a better dispersion filler and the effect of improving the compatibility of components in the system, improving the apparent finish and mechanical properties of products.

 

2. Used in all kinds of high temperature thermal conductivity plastics (PA66,PPS, etc.), can obviously improve the thermal conductivity of the material, the surface gloss and mechanical properties of the products are greatly improved.

 

3. Compared with E wax and silicone, it has more balanced internal and external lubrication, and at the same time, it improves the compatibility between the material system and has better coupling effect on the filler.

 

Four, application effect:

 

1. The inorganic filler has a strong affinity, so that it is fully activated and modified, destroy and prevent the agglomeration of inorganic substances, so as to more evenly dispersed into the polymer, thus can increase the amount of filler, and rely on strong interface key cooperation, to achieve the effect of reinforcing toughness.

It can improve the mechanical properties of the products such as impact strength and elongation at break, and improve the surface luster of the products.

Five, use method:

 

1. The inorganic fillers were added into a high-speed mixer, and then YY-703A agent was added according to 2-3% of the weight of the filler. The mixing temperature was 110℃, and the mixture was mixed at a high speed for 10-15 minutes.

 

2. In fiber composite materials, the amount is generally 3-4% of the total amount of glass fiber or (carbon fiber).

 

3. In the flame retardant system, the addition amount is generally about 1% of the total amount.
