YY-703 is a high-performance plastic additive with a variety of functions in one. It uses special chemical synthesis technology and functional composite technology to graft organic functional groups with chelating ability on the polymer, so the product integrates dispersant, compatilizer, and processing aid and other functions in one.
 

 

Three, the scope of application:

 

1. It is suitable for all kinds of modified engineering plastics and special engineering plastics :PPS, PA46, PPA, PA12, LCP, etc., especially for the modified plastics with fillers, it has a good dispersing filler and improves the compatibility of components in the system, and improves the apparent finish and mechanical properties of products.

 

2. Used in all kinds of toughened PA or high temperature plastics, it can greatly improve the melting finger, make the injection of thin wall and large parts more easily, and make the surface gloss and mechanical properties of the products greatly improved.

 

4. It can be directly added to injection molding products to improve fluidity and product appearance and reduce product defect rate.

Five, use method:

 

1. Add the filler to the high-speed mixer, and then add YY-703 modifier at 2-3% of the weight of the filler. The mixing temperature is 110℃, and the mixture is mixed at high speed for 10-15 minutes.
 

2. This product is granular or powder, melting point is about 150℃, easy to use, suitable for continuous production.
